Impact of the Fair Work Act in Australian workplaces, survey

The Fair Work Act 2009 is now in its second year and AHRI would like to know how the legislation is travelling from HR professionals involved in its implementation.

 

Therefore, AHRI has commissioned a major online survey on the impact of the new laws to Deakin University as the second part of a longitudinal study that commenced with a similar study on Work Choices in 2007.

As professionals involved in the hands-on implementation of the Fair Work Act, AHRI members, HR practitioners, and people managers provide the best means in the country to inform your colleagues, the government, the media, and the general community on how the new legislation is travelling at the end of its first year of operation.

The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
